The Alliance Government Relations Group

This group convenes the federal policy representatives of each of the Alliance member organizations, the American Indian Higher Education Consortium, the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, and the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education to develop and support legislation beneficial to American Indian Tribal Colleges and Universities, Hispanic-Serving Institutions, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Predominately Black Institutions.  Some major goals of the group include building the institutional capacity of MSIs, bolstering technology infrastructure and access, and reauthorization of the Higher Education Act.
